Founded by Chef Glenn Hoddy, whose culinary journey spans 19 years in the Royal Navy and Merchant Navy, The Mariners Galley blends global inspiration with traditional British comfort food. Glenn’s passion for flavour, hospitality and cooking “in the galley” is at the heart of every dish we serve.
