🧀 Week One: The Traditional Ploughman’s Salad
Our first salad in the series was a reimagined Ploughman’s — all the rustic charm of the pub favourite, but lighter and perfect for summer.
Thick‑cut ham, mature cheddar, pickles, crisp salad, creamy coleslaw, and all the traditional touches that make a Ploughman’s so satisfying. It was a huge hit, and in fact… it sold out.
